Cindy Gretton, R.C.M., Lead Property Manager

Cindy is one of the principals of E & H Property Management. She assumed the role from her parents, Horst & Elisabeth.

Cindy is the lead manager with 30 years experience, and is very knowledgeable of The Condominium Act, 1998. She has taken the lead to help corporations through difficult situations. Her experience and knowledge has been a valuable tool in rectifying problems.

Cindy has been hands-on with substantial changes and major repairs throughout her career. From developing the specifications for projects to developing funding plans to get corporations on the right track.

Nichole Martin, R.C.M. , Property Manager

Nichole is continuing in the family business. She is an owner of E & H Property Management, and is now the third generation to become a Registered Condominium Manager.

Nichole received her R.C.M. designation in 2011 and manages multiple corporations from Meaford to Collingwood.

Nichole has gained extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998.
She also excels in dealing with difficult situations and legal matters.

Nichole also consults with Self-Managed corporation to help them better understand the operation of Condominium Corporations and the legalities that need to be followed.

Amanda Gretton, O.L.C.M., Property Manager - Owen Sound

Amanda is an owner of E & H Property Management.

Over her ten years of dedication, she has gained an extensive knowledge of building sciences from the principals and is now able to review any major projects and recognizes building defects.

Amanda works daily with Contractors to ensure that all of the properties are maintained to E & H Property Management's high level of standards.  She also excels in high rise buildings and is proficient in identifying problems associated with air make up systems, fire systems, intercom, elevators and building heating and chilling systems. 

Amanda has assumed the leadership role in the Owen Sound office and is working on assisting corporations in Bruce County.


Beckie Reekie, Property Manager - Lighthouse Point

Beckie started at E & H Property Management as a co-op student; upon graduation she was offered a full time position as the administration assistant. From that position she was promoted to an assistant manager at Lighthouse Point, as well as being our in house “go to” tech person. She is about to become a Registered Condominium Manager, as she has fulfilled her time and course requirements.


Cameron Mitchell, R.C.M., Property Manager - Lighthouse Point

Cameron is the lead Manager for Lighthouse Point and is responsible for the smooth operations of the entire complex. Cameron has been with E & H since 2014 and has been a welcomed addition to the entire team.


Pam Murphy, R.C.M., Property Manager - Thornbury

Pamela has approximately 12 years experience in Condominium Management in both small and large urban communities. She has her RCM designation with ACMO and her CMRAO license. Pamela has experience in both High-rise and several types of townhouse styles ranging from 8 to 257 units. She looks forward to working with her Boards and unit owners and protecting their investment in their Condos.

Elizabeth Wegner, Property Manager - Thornbury

Elizabeth Wegner comes to us from First Service Property Management and we are excited to have her! "Liz" is the Property Manager of properties such as Brookside, Sierra Woodlands, and Applejack. Elizabeth has a kind heart and loves to help our owners and residents. She is also one of our most stylish employees!

Tom Vivian, R.C.M., Property Manager - Thornbury

Tom is our newest Property Manager and the only male in our all-female office in Thornbury! As the Property Manager of Tanglewood, Wyldewood Cove and Blue Fairway, Tom really goes out of his way to go the extra mile for our owners and residents. His positive attitude and generous heart are a great addition to our team!

Danielle Heslip, Assistant Property Manager - Thornbury

As Pamela Murphy and Tom Vivian's Assistant Property Manager, Danielle facilitates owner requests by ensuring work orders are scheduled and completed quickly and is responsbile for any minor maintenance requests that will require further investigation. Danielle is a great asset to the E&H team with her strong work ethic, speed and efficiency.

Amy Stanley, Assistant Property Manager - Thornbury

Amy is the newest addition to our E&H team. As Elizabeth Wegner and Cindy Gretton's Assistant Property Manager, Amy facilitates owner requests by ensuring work orders are scheduled and completed quickly and is responsbile for any minor maintenance requests that will require further investigation. Lea Anne Goods, Assistant Property Manager - Owen Sound

As assistant to Amanda Gretton, Lea Anne is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Corporation. Additionally Lea Anne acts as a liaison between the Owners and the Board of Directors. 


Ashley Vandermeulen, Assistant Property Manager - Lighthouse Point

Ashley has been with E & H for approximately 3 years.  She worked at our head office as the assistant on a number of properties and is now the assistant manager at our Lighthouse Point location.

Deborah Miller, Accounting Manager - Thornbury

Debbie Miller has been with E&H for 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the table, with the accounting requirements for condominium corporations. Debbie enjoys the challenge of completing complex and diverse requirements for the individual corporations. Debbie heads up the accounting department and can be counted on to attend Board meetings should difficult issues arise with financials.

Eleanor Gardner, Accounts Payable - Thonbury

Eleanor pays all the Corporations invoices and works tirelessly to ensure that the bills are paid on time. Eleanor also produces the monhtly financial statements and works closely with the Auditors to ensure that audited statements are completed in a timely fashion. Eleanor has been with E&H for many years and is a key teammate in our Accounting Dept.

Kim Taylor, Accounts Receivable - Thornbury

Kim has been with E & H Property Management since February 2011. Having originally started as our Maitenance Administrator, Kim has made the move to the Accounting Dept. as our Accounts Receivable employee. Kim collects and deposits all of the monthly condo fees for the Condominium Corporation's and is your main contact for any questions related to the payment of the monthly condo fees.

Jaymee Hocaluk, Accounting - Lighthouse Point

Jaymee began at E&H Property Management as the administrative assistant in December 2013. The following year she was offered a position in the accounting department and subsequently joined the Lighthouse Point management team in October 2015 as the Accounting Manager. Her responsibilities include the accounts receivable and payables and the monthly bookkeeping of the 19 condominium corporations as well as the Shared Facilities and the Marina. She is in the process of studying in order to finalize her certification for the accounting division.
